Im not the most avid sushi enjoyer so maybe take this with a grain of salt but the sushi here was quite good! To start the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice was crispy on the edges due to the burned rice, but soft and chewy on the inside. The contrast in rice texture was very enticing, but I didn't really enjoy the middle region where the rice was half crispy, half chewy since it caused a lot of stuff to get stuck in my mouth. The tuna was buttery smooth and the texture reminded me of a ripe avocado. It was tasty and went down very easily. The sauce on top was phenomenal, definitely a bit of a kick and so flavorful. Would highly recommend this dish. The Knox Roll was also quite good. Great sauce on the bottom, good salmon though it's texture is more prominent (which I'm not the biggest fan of). The Lychee Martini was a great cocktail choice. Sweet, but also not too weak - it was enjoyable! Overall, great quality sushi - you can tell the fish and ingredients are fresh. The atmosphere is very cozy and nice as well! Would recommend if in the area and are craving some good sushi!

Anchor on Knox is a great location. Not to mention the great sushi they offer. The entrance is interesting! lol I’ve seen people walk past the patio thinking the main entrance is around the corner. Nope! Walk through all the tables on the front to get in. There’s another entrance on Cole as well. Food: Tasty! It is so good. Service: Very good and attentive Atmosphere: Inside looks like a bar that could be on an old yacht. Classy. There’s a HH too 4-6pm DAILY I recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great food, great service! The sushi, lava cake, and coffee were all delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

I stumbled into this place whilst looking for somewhere to wait out traffic after work and I’m glad I did! Amazing first time experience at this establishment. The staff were kind and attentive and the happy hour deal is totally worth it! The pear martini is immaculate! I will definitely be back!

My friend and I dined here for happy hour on the patio. Let me tell you this is one of the best places for sushi and great drinks! We ordered espresso martini, lemon drops, the best roll (which is no lie the BEST) the sweet and spicy roll, bao buns with chicken, and the wagyu dumpling! Everything was delicious. I think we ended up ordering the best roll 3 times! Amazing service can’t wait to come back. Camille was an amazing waitress. She was so knowledge on everything and made the best suggestions! Even when it got busy she made sure to check on us! Can’t wait to visit this place again
